Hi guys,
Did anyone received the letter from MPPP regarding on the Cukai Setahun notice?
May i know what's the rate and future payment for your unit?
Mine is from BL Avenue:-
Nilai Tahunan : 3,640
Kadar : 7.50%
Cukai : 273.00

Garden non corner unit as below:
Nilai Tahunan: 2370
Kadar: 7%
Cukai Setahun: 165.90

can we do so? cause so far BLA amount is the same lah... can we request to reduce?

why is it that Garden is cheaper by 0.50%?? and by approx.RM10 cheaper??
there is no way MPPP will consider reducing the amount unless they change their Head of Dept...the guy is an ARROGANT stuck up which was employed by the previous BN goeverment!
