Like it or not....we still have to pay the maintenance fee.....only thing is to get the management to keep an eye on the security guards... just my opinion...![]()

very stylo pose...no wonder he told me many other guards resigned coz they seen 'things' at nite, i guess he didnt see anyting with his eyes closed most of the time..haha..

agree with sasa, that the management needs to monitor this issue. but i do feel that the number of security guards are not enough now.
As I undrstand it, there are only a total of 6 guards for both the buildings.
Another point is , we have already started paying the fees, but this allied ppl are not exactly moving to counter all the issues. they are going at it at SNAIL's pace....
I feel we shld start giving them a piece of our mind..

Why the management office still not move in to our building, this will force them to have 2 team of management team to handle n manage Garden & Avenue, they are temporary set there for some reasons, only 2 staff to handle Garden & Avenue, and easier for them to communicate with in house office.

Actually I noticed since last week, there are 4 staffs in ALLIED...
There is another lady and another Malay guy.
We should not be concern of when they plan to move into thier office...but more about what is the purpose of having ALLIED as the management of the building?

what you saw n experience with the security guard, pls share here more details. If possible just captured wat you saw on ur hp camera. It will help to bring up to management as a proof. Thanks.

What should the guard do if there is a visitor to visit your unit? Do they need to take their ID for record? or intercom us to verify?
Coz somebody is easy to access to our unit for just saying unit number n floor. and no record of who is the person access to our apartment. Are u agree with this?

Agree with you. Those visitor vist our unit. Security should intercom to us and ask owner come down to bring your guess to go to your unit. This is the best way to control the security of the building.

No need to bring them, just the guard need to ask us thru intercom by asking "is mr. Tan looking for u" do you allowed him to come up? if we say yes, then the guard only allow him to access. is that ok?Hello Darren,

Lawree, good sharing. In future , will the guard also have the touch and go to access to lift area?
If yes,meanwhile they can help to scan the door and let our guess get into lift area after get confirmation via intercom by the respective owner.
Or we should come out a process flow for security to follow? hahahaha
